Hello...Today's update includes 3 modern/contempoary homes and something in a different style...a small cottage (perfect for a single Sim). I also made some recolors of one of my favorite kitchen meshes from Avalon. The recolors come in a light wood, dark wood, and white. And I made a few more colors of the chair in white. You can find those recolors here. And lastly, I made a recolor of an outdoor set from Simply Styling. You can find that set here. Hope you enjoy!
